Which plan do I need?
Get started with our free plan, there's no commitment and you are free to upgrade whenever you need. We offer prebuilt plans to cater for most customers, but if you have very specific requirements please get in touch.
When do my limits reset?
Your usage allowance resets on the 1st of each month. Subscriptions are automatically renewed monthly or annually unless you cancel your plan. See our Help Center guide on billing.
How do I cancel my plan?
You can cancel whenever and there's no cooling down period. Just log into your account, navigate to 'Plans' and downgrade to our free plan. Your existing plan will stay active until the next billing cycle, at which point your account will revert to a free plan.
